I’m writing this from my hotel room a day after I arrived, my legs are still swolen like overstuffed sausages, but alhamdulillah, I had a good day!

Visited a LOT of little primary kids! Oh they’re SO hard! Squirmy little things! And they’d just come back from a four day weekend!

I’m so fortunate! I get paid for this!!!

On last Wednesday night I went to the TD/Canadian Children’s Book Centre Literature awards. It was very interesting!

I’m trying to figure out why most of the award winners in Canada don’t really do much for me.

I try reading them but before I even get halfway through, I think, ‘meh’.

I am currently reading The Brothers Karamazov, by Dostoyevsky. Too soon to say if it’s any good, but after Crime & Punishment…I’m definitely a fan!

I might not have much time for blogging with this week.

We’ll see.
