Waiting for the flight home, and deep down grateful to be back in Canada.

Used to be I’d cross the border into the States and I’d feel ‘different’.

Man, that was a while ago!

Most trips don’t generate this kind of relief in getting back into Canada.

I guess it’s because I was wondering if they’d pull me over and interrogate me.

Nothing of the sort.

There was a little box to check on the customs and immigration form saying whether you were coming enroute from another country and that was it. I didn’t even have to say which other country.

It was jsut the easiest thing.

They’re calling the executive class to board for the flight to Toronto. Better shut down.

Just the flight back and then a taxi home during rush houron Friday. Oh well. What can you do? Came this far, can’t complain now about Toronto traffic!
